How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, choose payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer support. Once the order is processed and shipped, modifications are not possible, but you can return the item as per our return policy.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email, or by logging into your account and viewing order history. You'll also receive SMS updates about your order status.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

You can shop as a guest, but creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, view order history, and get personalized recommendations. It also makes future shopping faster and easier.

What if I don't receive order confirmation?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don't see it, contact our support team with your name and email address. We'll resend the confirmation and verify your order status.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer completely free shipping all over India on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements for free shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2-3 days in metro cities, 3-4 days in tier 1 cities, 4-6 days in tier 2/3 cities, and 5-7 days in remote areas. Processing time is 1-2 business days.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver across India to 19,000+ pin codes. You can check serviceability by entering your pin code at checkout. If your area is not serviceable, we'll notify you during the ordering process.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000 with a ₹30 COD charge. COD may not be available in certain remote areas. Please keep exact change ready for the delivery person.

What if no one is available to receive the delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times and will call you before each attempt. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery charges may apply.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Free returns are provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at returns@aguilaa.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

How long does refund processing take?

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item. It takes 5-7 days for credit cards, 7-10 days for debit cards, and 2-5 days for UPI/net banking to reflect in your account.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning?

Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We'll prioritize processing your new order once the return is initiated.

What items cannot be returned?

Items that cannot be returned include: used/altered items, items without original packaging/tags, customized items, consumables with broken seals, and items returned after the 7-day window.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, UPI payments, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Are your prices inclusive of taxes?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST. You'll see the tax breakdown in your order summary before confirming the purchase.

What if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, please try again with a different payment method. Check with your bank for any transaction limits. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.

Is it safe to enter my card details?

Do you offer EMI options?

Yes, we offer EMI options on orders above ₹3,000 through select credit cards and banks. You can choose from 3, 6, 9, or 12-month EMI plans at checkout. Interest rates vary by bank and tenure.

Report damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. Take photos of the damage and contact our support team. We'll arrange immediate pickup and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
